Deep State's bid to 'license' journalists

An interesting point has been raised on where judges' gag orders begin and free speech ends.

The liberal blog MediaMatters reported yesterday that Owen Shroyer, a broadcast associate of Roger Stone, a journalist being prosecuted by Special Counsel Robert Mueller, sharply criticized the federal judge overseeing the Stone case, asserting she is involved in "covering up the crimes of Barack Obama."

Stone is facing charges of being untruthful concerning details of his contacts with WikiLeaks, which published damaging information on the Clinton campaign and which was accused of receiving the data from Russians.

U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson's gag order on the journalist includes a prohibition from commenting on the case “indirectly by having statements made publicly on his behalf by surrogates, family members, spokespersons, representatives, or volunteers.”

The liberal media watchdog reported that in a clip of War Room posted to Infowars Tuesday, Shroyer said that Stone is innocent but that he fears he will be jailed by “a politicized judge, nominated by Obama, one of the greatest criminals in American history.” Shroyer added, “You don’t think for one second that judge wants to protect the crimes of Barack Obama?”

It appears that MediaMatters is suggesting that Stone may have urged Shroyer to take verbal potshots at the judge. Surely under the First Amendment, Shroyer has a right to chastise Berman, and she would have no right to gag him. She could, however, summon Stone and put heat on him over Shroyer's comments. One would think that unlikely as there would be no evidence the gag rule had been violated unless Stone admitted to it.

Still, this whole kettle of stew is troublesome because it seems more than plausible that Stone was targeted, at the direction of the Deep State, when Big Tech stripped him of his journalistic epaulets at a drum-head court martial in which the Jones group were all "decertified" as journalists. This then gave Mueller the political go-ahead to prosecute a journalist who had not only troubled the Deep State by helping Trump but who also had had the gall to accuse Lyndon Johnson of masterminding John Kennedy's murder. Interestingly, Mueller's FBI took a see-no-evil attitude on evidence of conspiracy in JFK's assassination.

MediaMatters quotes Shroyer thus:
Bob Mueller and all these Democrats with Adam Schiff and everybody destroying all these innocent people’s lives, destroying America. They love it. They get off to it. It gets them high. And the average American can’t empathize with that. They don’t even have a scintilla of empathy for that. They couldn’t even comprehend having no remorse, just in cold blood destroying anyone’s life that’s in your way politically. And so, honestly, that’s why it’s so hard for America and for the average human to truly comprehend the evil that we’re dealing with. And the only reason I comprehend it is because I’ve seen it, I’ve studied it, and I now can flesh it out and know every move they make.

And that’s why I’m afraid my friend Roger Stone, an innocent man, is going to be put in jail by a politicized judge, nominated by Obama, one of the greatest criminals in American history. You don’t think for one second that judge wants to protect the crimes of Barack Obama? I’m trying not to get mad right now. This is when I start screaming. Because America needs to wake the hell up.
Another journalist targeted by Mueller is Jerome Corsi, a 72-year-old conservative who appeared regularly on InfoWars until Mueller brought charges against him.

According to left-wing conspiracy monger Kevin Breuninger, Corsi says he would 'rather sit in prison' than agree to lie for the special counsel.

Corsi says he was offered a plea deal on one count of perjury but now, according to Reuters, doesn't expect to be indicted, though, the news agency says, Corsi is "cooperating" with Mueller. Corsi gained many political enemies when he made an issue of President Obama's birth certificate. Obama won a court battle to prevent the long form's release during his first presidential campaign but then, with Donald Trump making an issue of the birth certificate, Obama released a form that showed no reason for his fight to squelch it.

According to Stone, Corsi was close to Julian Assange, founder of WikiLeaks, which published a cache of documents hacked from John Podesta's cell phone. Podesta was the head of Hillary Clinton's campaign.

Mueller's team has reportedly looked into whether Corsi knew in advance that WikiLeaks Image result for alex jones received Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta's emails -- showing how Justice Department prosecutors have been criminalizing the activities of journalists who have been put in the Deep State's cross hairs.

Journalist Alex Jones, at left, is also under fire from persons who claim to be parents of victims of the alleged Sandy Hook school shooting. They have brought a defamation suit against him in Texas. These persons are focused on Jones' claims about them, but show little interest in the holes and anomalies in the official accounts. One would think grieving parents would demand answers from the Connecticut and federal governments, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

We are urging crowdsourcing of evidence in the purported massacre in order to aid Jones' defense.
